By accessing or using Translo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

To access certain features of Translo AI, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these Terms. Prohibited behaviors include: submitting malicious code or viruses, attempting to reverse engineer the AI models, generating or translating illegal or highly abusive content, and interfering with the platform's security or network operations.

All platform content, trademarks, logos, AI algorithms, and software provided through the Service are the exclusive property of DAT AI TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. However, you retain all rights to the text and documents you submit for translation, and you own the output translations generated for you.

Certain features of Translo AI may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or jeopardizes the integrity of the platform.

THE SERVICE AND AI TRANSLATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DAT AI TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TRANSLATIONS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR CRITICAL USE CASES (E.G., MEDICAL OR LEGAL DOCUMENTS).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAT AI TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY TRANSLATION INACCURACIES.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
